Using Olga abroad

To use the Olga device abroad, you need to either:

- connect the device to a WiFi network,

- insert a local SIM card into the device,

- or enable mobile data roaming.

Data roaming is not voice-guided by Olga. It must therefore be enabled by a helper directly in the phone settings.

Enable data roaming

From the Olga phone, go to:

Menu — long press on the 3 blue dots — then Settings > Other >

Then, depending on the phone model, the setting may be found in one of the following paths:

… More > Mobile network > Data roaming

Network & Internet > Mobile network > Data roaming

Wireless & networks > Mobile data network > Enable mobile data roaming

Check before travelling

Before using Olga abroad, make sure your mobile plan allows mobile data use in the country concerned.
