Olga feature updates

The Olga phone can receive feature updates to improve its operation or add certain options.

A user can ask whether an update is available directly by voice command. After the phrase “How can I help you?”, simply say “Update”.

A helper can also update the features from the Olga phone by going to: Menu — long press on the 3 blue dots — then Update.

Manufacturer system update

System updates correspond to Android and phone manufacturer updates.

We do not have direct control over this type of update, as they depend on the phone manufacturer and the version of Android installed on the device.

A helper can check these updates from the Olga phone by going to: Menu — long press on the 3 blue dots — then Settings > Other.

Depending on the phone model, the setting may then be located in one of the following menus:

• System update
• System > Software update

The exact name of the menu may vary depending on the phone model and the version of Android installed.

You can also configure automatic updates at specific times when this option is available on the device.
