Unblocking the phone easily in case of a freeze

If the Olga phone becomes blocked or frozen, the user can easily restart the device, even in a situation of complete blindness.

This procedure allows the phone to be restarted when the screen no longer responds, when an application seems frozen, or when the user can no longer return normally to the Olga interface.

How to restart the Olga phone?

To unblock the device, press and hold the lock button.

This is the small button located on the right edge of the phone.

Keep this button pressed for about 15 to 20 seconds.

What happens next?

After the vibration, the phone will restart automatically.

The restart may take about one minute.

Simply wait until the phone returns to the Olga interface.

Important

This procedure does not delete any data from the phone.

It simply forces the device to restart in case it becomes blocked or frozen.
