Granting Permissions to Olga

To ensure Olga functions properly on your device, it is essential to grant all the required permissions. These allow automation and management of various actions performed by Olga on the device. By default, these permissions are already enabled on the device.

1) Enable App Permissions

Go to Menu (long press on the three blue dots) > Settings > Others > Apps or Applications > Show all apps > Search for and select Olga

In the app information, go to the Permissions section and ensure that all permissions (Microphone, Camera, Contacts...) are enabled.

If some permissions are disabled, enable them by selecting "Allow only while using the app."

2) Enable Special Permissions

Go to Menu (long press on the three blue dots) > Settings > Others > Apps or Applications > Show all apps > Search for and select Olga > In the menus at the bottom of the list, ensure the following permissions are enabled:

- "Draw over other apps" is allowed

- "Modify system settings" is allowed

- "Install unknown apps" is allowed

- "Alarms & reminders" is allowed

3) Set as Default App

Olga must be set as:

- The default home screen app

- The default SMS app (to allow voice-based SMS deletion)

- The default phone app

You can check this in Menu (long press on the three blue dots) > Settings > Others > Apps or Applications > Default apps

4) Enable Accessibility Services

Go to Menu (long press on the three blue dots) > Settings > Others > Accessibility >

Both Olga and Olga Access Unlock (if installed on your device) must be set to "Enabled." If not, select the apps and enable access or "Use Olga."

Do not enable accessibility shortcuts.

If this option is already enabled but the app is not working correctly, try disabling and re-enabling it.

If "Disabled" and "Restricted access" are displayed and the option is grayed out, you need to remove this restriction in Menu (long press on the three blue dots) > Settings > Others > Apps or Applications > Show all apps > Search for and select Olga > Tap the three gray dots at the top right and select "Allow restricted access."

5) Allow Notification Access

Olga must be able to control notifications on the device:

Go to Menu (long press on the three blue dots) > Settings > Others > Notifications > Device & App Notifications > Select Olga > Allow notification access
