Private listening

By default, the loudspeaker is activated during calls.

It is however possible to listen to the call privately, as with a standard phone.

To do this, simply hold the phone to your ear: the proximity sensor located at the top of the device will automatically turn off the loudspeaker.

To reactivate the loudspeaker, simply place the phone flat again.

Please note: we do not recommend holding the device in front of your face during a call. The proximity sensor could interpret the presence of your nose or mouth as if the phone were held to your ear, and automatically turn off the loudspeaker.

Advice in case of echo

If an echo is heard during a call, this may be linked to loudspeaker listening or to a slight network delay.

In this case, a simple solution is to hold the phone to your ear in order to automatically turn off the loudspeaker and switch to private listening.
